Johnson County Mental Health Center is the Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCHBC) serving Johnson County, Kansas. As a part of their services for children, JCMHC offers several groups and programs to connect and support the parents of children in their care and recently started a brand-new program for the siblings of those children. Join JCMHC’s Children and Family Services team to learn more about their parent support groups, the tools they are using the assess and address each parent’s needs, and the ways the groups are having a positive impact on families. They will also share experiences from the first Sibling Connect session, their new sibling support group. Finally, the team will share more information about Parent Connect, a free, monthly education session that is free and open to all parents and caregivers in Johnson County.
